How can I become a betBonanza Agent?
Becoming a betBonanza Agent, or a Tribesman as we refer to our Agents, is very easy! You just need to have suitable premises for your betting shop, go through a simple application process and make a deposit to your trading account. Everything else will be taken care by us, we will provide all the required training so you could start trading straight away! Check more info here.
How can I make a bet in a betting shop?
There are two ways you can make a bet. The simplest one is to select odds and add selections to your betslip on the betBonanza website, once you make all your selections, just click on Book a Bet button, which will then provide the Booking code. Then you just need to give this code and the amount you want to stake to a Cashier. The Cashier will register your bet and give you a ticket for your bet.
Alternatively, you can approach the Cashier directly, tell him or her the bet selection(s) you want to make your bet on and how much you want to stake with. How to place a Multibet?
To place a multibet, you must select two or more selections of different events. This will switch the betslip to the multibet tab. You can add as many as 50 selections to your multibet. To select different events, you can navigate among different sports categories in the Sportsbook lobby or simply select odds from popular and last-minute bets. Selections will be added in your multibet as soon as you click on them.
The more selections you add, the higher your total odds and potential winnings will be. You can see how the total odds of your bet changes on your betslip when you add new selections.
Once you are satisfied with your selections in a multibet, simply click on the Book a Bet button, which will generate the Booking Code. Give this Booking Code to a Cashier together with the amount of money you want to place on this bet, and a Cashier will register your bet and give you the ticket for your bet.

You can navigate among different sports categories in the Sportsbook lobby or simply select odds from popular and last-minute bets. Selections will be added in your System bet as soon as you click on them.
When you have selected all the selections to add in your System Bet Slip you can proceed to the check boxes below where you can select the type of system you wish to bet on.

What is Live Bet?
Live bet is a bet which is placed on outcome of live sports event, after the event has already started. The bets for Live betting become available only when the game starts, or couple minutes before it. During the game, odds on outcomes constantly change and adjust according to what is happening in the game. Due to this and a small delay in transmission from the actual event, there is a small 5-10 second delay on accepting Live bets.
Can I cancel my bet?
Already placed bets cannot be cancelled. The only exception is if the bet has been placed by mistake. In that case it is possible to cancel bets for a short time period straight after the bet has been placed.
What is the minimum and maximum bet I can place in a betting shop?
The minimum bet for sports bets and virtual games, including number games, in our betting shops is ₦100. The maximum bet is not specified and can differ from event to event, however maximum winnings from one bet can never exceed ₦10,000,000 in Lagos state or ₦50,000,000 in other states.
How long will I need to wait for my bet to be settled?
Our aim is to settle all the bets as fast as possible, as soon as the event results are known. Our customers are our priority and we do our best to process our customers bets without a delay. However, sometimes delays can happen due to the requirement of official validation for the event outcome.
How long can I collect my winnings?
The ticket of your bet is valid for 6 months (180 days) after the event on which the bet was placed has taken place or the last event on the betting slip has taken place in case of a multibet. After 180 days from the last event on betting slip taking place the ticket will no longer be valid and it will not be possible to collect any winnings with it.
Where can I collect my winnings?
You can collect your winnings only in the betting shop where you have placed your bet.
How does Yakata bonus work?
Yakata bonus is earned by adding 5 or more selections with odds 1.2 or higher in your betting slip. The more selections you add, the higher potential bonus you can receive if your bet wins. betBonanza gives you up to an impressive 225% bonus on top of your winnings for up to 50 selections in one bet! You don’t need to do anything else, just place your bet and win it, and Yakata bonus will be added automatically to your winnings. More info here.
How does One Game Cut work?
In order for a ticket to qualify for one game cut, a punter must have selected a minimum of 10 games with at least 1.40 odds per selection; if any selection is void or cancelled, the ticket will not be eligible for the bonus. Ticket payout is calculated excluding lost event as 10% of the potential winnings. More info here.
What if I lose my ticket?
The winnings are always paid out only in exchange for the original ticket of your bet. If the ticket is lost unfortunately there is no way we can verify that you have placed the bet.
Can I place bets online?
Yes, you can! To place bets online, please visit betbonanza.com and register your online account by clicking on Register button on top right corner. Please note that only registered online players can place bets online.

Each new shop requires a new account, you cannot transfer cashier from one shop to another.
Can I set up another shop(s) with my cashier in another state?
No, for each new shop you need to register new account with new cashier accounts.
Funds transferred from the admin account to cashiers did not reflect, what can I do?

How many times can I make a withdrawal in a day?
As many times as you want, but keep in mind that withdrawals are processed only from 8:00 –
22:00.
