Ticket Printing Settings

We have printer set-ups for both Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browser.
These settings are available on both Admin and Cashier accounts.
On Chrome:

Go to ‘Print Tickets’ under ‘’Print Odds’ tab- the last tab on the left hand side of your Admin or Cashier account.

Click on the preferred printing settings ‘’58mm or 80mm’’ and click on ‘’change’'.

Select the games/ticket to Print, Reprint or Re-bet.

Select print on Chrome.

Go to ‘More settings’ and drop down the arrow.

Set ‘Margins’ to ‘default’.

Set ‘Scale’ to ‘default’.

Unselect ‘Background Graphics’ and ‘Headers/Footers’.

Click on Print.

Always make sure that you select the appropiate printer after making changes in the ticket printing settimgs before printing as shown:
On Mozilla Firefox:

Go to ‘Print Tickets’ under ‘’Print Odds’ tab- the last tab on the left hand side of your Admin or Cashier account.

Click on the preferred printing settings ‘’58mm or 80mm’’ and click on ‘’change’’.

Select the games/ticket to Print, Reprint or Re-bet.

Go to Mozilla Menu and select print.

Click on ‘Page Set-up’ and set the following:

Do not make any changes on ‘Format and Options’.

Click on Margins & Headers/Footers.

Change the Margins (inches/millimetres) to 0.0.

Change all Headers/Footers to blank and click OK button.
- To check if you have successfully chosen the desired printer, right-click on the ticket page and select ‘inspect element’’. Check the image for the description and you will see the selected printer.
- In case you change your printer, you should clear cache on Mozilla using the following steps:
- Click on Mozilla Menu.
- Select Preferences/Options.
- Select Privacy/Security.
- Check for Cookies and Site Data and select ‘’Clear Data’’.
- Check boxes and select ‘’Clear’’.
- Restart your browser.
Always check if your browser (Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) is up to date, if not, please update them.
