1. Apart from my commissions, is there any other benefit BetBonanza offers Agents? Yes, apart from the attractive commissions that we offer Agents, there are certain other bonuses and incentives that we offer our Agents. Some of which includes weekly and monthly sports bonus, weekly virtual bonus, weekly Bonanzaballz bonus, weekly fuel refund bonus, Promo bonus, Jara bonus, SabiX3 bonus, referral bonus, Sabi cashier bonus to mention a few. 2. Today is Monday, why am I yet to receive my fuel refuel bonus? Fuel refuel bonus has now been automated and is paid every Monday morning. There are however certain conditions (ticket number per day and minimum weekly stakes) that must be met to qualify for a fuel bonus of N5,500-N10,000. 3. What is the highest commission I can earn on BetBonanza? The highest Commission on Sports-betting and Virtual football are 30% and 9% respectively. The higher the selections and stakes by the punter, the higher the commission an Agent earns. Commission on Color-Color and Bonanzaballz is 5% of weekly sales. Encourage your customers to play more selections, as the higher the selections played, the higher the commissions to be earned.
4. I made more sales than I did two weeks ago on Sports-betting and I earned a lesser commission, why is this so? Commission on sports-betting is calculated based on Stakes, selections and settled bet. So, there might be some tickets yet to be settled from the previous week or the average number of selections are lesser than the previous week. To check the breakdown of your commission, go to your commission report, click on each cashier to see a breakdown of the number of selections played in your shop.
5. Your commission is not competitive enough compared to other betting Companies, why is this so? betBonanza has one of the most attractive commission structures in the Nigerian betting industry, if you do a review of our commission structure compared to competitors, you would attest to this. 6. I am not making enough commission to meet up with my expenses, what can I do to earn more? There are several factors that determines how successful your shop would be, ranging from opening your shop every day of the week, the number of selections mostly played in your shop, buying things in bulk instead of in bits which reduces expenses etc. Also, a shop doesn’t start being profitable immediately. The break-even period is usually between 3-6 months.
7. Since I joined BetBonanza, I have not made a substantial profit from the business. What is going on? Being profitable in business is highly dependent on your income and expenses. We will need to review these using a profitability sheet so that we can identify what the issues are and recommend appropriate changes. Once these changes are implemented, you will start to see some visible changes in your profitability. (Contact your Area Manager to go through the profitability sheet with you.)
