1. I am unable to view Virtual football on my chrome browser but can view sportsbetting, why? The reason for this might be that your google chrome browser is outdated. You will need to either update your google chrome or install a virtual certificate. You also need to clear cache/browsing history for optimal performance (insert video link). If you experience such issues, contact your Area Manager to help you with the installation of the virtual certificate.

2. What is the maximum selection Punters can select on Sports-betting? The maximum selection on Sports-betting is 50.

3. What is the maximum amount Punters can win on betBonanza? The maximum winning that can be won on Sports-betting is 10 million for an agent shop in Lagos and 50 million for other states outside Lagos. The maximum winning on virtual football and Color-Color is 1 million (excluding jackpots) while that of Bonanzaballz is 10 million naira.

4. How do Punters enjoy Yakata bonus on Sports-betting? Yakata bonus is an accumulator bonus on sports-betting which accrues up to 225%. To enjoy Yakata bonus, the minimum selection must be 5 with odds of 1.20 and above. To see a more detailed breakdown of Yakata bonus, check here.  

5. How do I calculate One-game cut bonus on Sports-betting? One-game cut bonus is a bonus for sports-betting punters. The minimum selection on the ticket should be 10 and a minimum of 1.40 odds. If one game cuts the selection, the odd that cut the game is deducted from the total odds and then the customer gets 10% of the remaining winning. Cashed out bets do not count. 6. I am trying to initiate cash-out, why is it not working? Cash-out is only available on options/markets that has the cash-out feature while selecting. Also, cash-out can only be initiated by an Admin account and not a Cashier account. To cashout a ticket, enter the ticket ID through coupon check on the admin account and initiate the cash-out.

7. I can’t access betBonanza website properly with my small phone, what can I do? Mobile lite is now available for users of smaller android phones. You can access the lite website via here.  It loads faster and saves data.

8. I can’t view the coupon code and booking code section on the Sports page and the page has loaded completely, what can I do? You need to minimize your browser screen resolution. For chrome browser, click on the three dotted icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen, scroll down and click on zoom, reduce the resolution from 100% to 80%. You can also clear cache to have an optimal experience.

9. Some details are being cut off from tickets when my Cashier prints out tickets for customers, what can I do? When you click on the green printer icon, it will direct you to a printer settings page, ensure that the right printer is connected, click on more settings to see other options available to select; ensure the layout is on portrait, check that the scale is on default, select a paper size for the type of printer being used, checked that the margin is on minimum, unselect headers and footers and background graphics. 10. I made a withdrawal, why is my account yet to be credited? Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible, however certain factors might cause a delay with withdrawals hitting your account. Some of the factors includes delays or issues from the payment gateway or financial institution, which might take some time to resolve. Also, always verify that you enter the correct account details and check your mails for AML requirements when there are winning tickets from 250k and above.

11. My cashiers and customers are always visiting social media sites and consumes so much of my data, how can I block these sites? To prevent your Cashiers and customers from accessing social media and other irrelevant sites on your shop PCs, you need to install the ANYWEBLOCK software. 12. I made a withdrawal request some minutes ago and I want to cancel the withdrawal, how do I go about it? If you made a mistake while initiating a withdrawal request, you can cancel the withdrawal immediately and re-initiate a correct withdrawal. To cancel a withdrawal request, scroll down to the bottom of the withdrawal page, you will see the detail for the withdrawal you just placed, click on the cancel icon to cancel the withdrawal.

13. My withdrawal keeps bouncing back, what is the reason for this? There are certain reasons why your withdrawals might bounce back after placing a withdrawal request. Some of these includes Intermittent withdrawal request of the same amount at the same timeframe, withdrawal of deposits, withdrawal into a third-party account and also issues with a financial institution/payment gateway. When such issue occurs, kindly contact our Customer support unit. 

14. I just made a mistake while placing a sports bet, can I cancel a sport bet ticket? A Sports-betting ticket can be cancelled; however, this can only be done through an Admin account. This can only be done within five (5) minutes after the bet has been placed. If it exceeds 5 minutes, the cancel option would no longer be available. To cancel a sport bet ticket, from your admin account, enter the ticket ID through the coupon check or go to bet list and cancel the bet.

15. I just made a Sports bet sales but I didn’t get any commission on it, what is the reason for this? Commission are paid on sports-bet tickets with odds of 1.10 and above. If it is a multi-bet, only selections with odds of 1.10 and above are calculated for commission. Also, commissions are only paid on settled bets.

16. A jackpot just dropped in my shop, how can I earn the 10% jackpot bonus? This bonus will be paid to Agents who are regularly trading Virtual in their shops. For every Gold or Silver jackpot won in the shop, the Agent gets 10% of the jackpot as a bonus. For Gold Jackpots, the punter must have submitted all AML requirements (Filled AML form, valid ID card of both the punter and the Agent as well as the original ticket) within 3 days before the 10% bonus will be paid. For Silver Jackpots, the punter must have submitted the original ticket to the Agent which the Agent will use to claim the bonus within 3 days before the 10% bonus will be paid. 17. A punter won Silver/Gold jackpot in my shop and ticket was not printed for the customer, will the jackpot amount be paid? Ticket printouts are required before jackpot winnings are paid out. This is to show proof that it dropped on a Punter’s ticket. This is only applicable to gold and silver jackpots. Bronze jackpot does not need ticket verification.
