Guide to Recruiting Cashiers

Cashiers are the lifeblood of any betting business and Agents have to take into consideration certain processes when recruiting them into their business to curtail issues of recruiting inefficient or fraudulent cashiers.

Suggested Process

  • Intending Cashier should fill out an application form which you will keep record of once the cashier has gone through other processes and has been employed so that you will have important information about your employee.
  • Conduct a 45-minute test for cashiers, pass mark should be 60% (optional based on Agent’s preference and educational level of cashier).
  • Cashiers should undergo an Interview process (Very Important).
  • After the interview process, you can now determine based on the responses if you will like to go ahead and employ the cashier or not.
  • Once a cashier has been employed, he should get a guarantor who will fill out a guarantor form, attach relevant documents and submit before he/she resumes work.
  • Ensure the cashier undergoes detailed training on our platform and products.

  • Application form.
  • Possible interview questions and the end goal for interview questions asked.
  • Guarantor form.
  • Test questions, answers to test questions (optional).
